We were thrilled when the Comet brand team came to LAM to awaken the ”Sleeping Giant.” Comet has been a trusted brand since 1956 but their packaging was locked in time making the brand feel outdated and irrelevant. We were challenged to redesign the brand’s identity and packaging to appeal to younger consumers and reframe product segmentation to establish a tiered visual system that was easier to shop.

The result – a powerful bullseye logo with a soaring comet sparkle unifies the line and creates a bold and distinct presence while leveraging the brand’s iconic red & green color equity. Foil accents present a premium sensibility allowing the Comet to command attention at shelf.
