We're excited to reshare a recent video presentation from the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) featuring our own Jess Linquist, Intake Case Manager at Brain Injury Services! Jess shared insights into her role and what a typical day looks like as she helps individuals with brain injury and their families navigate services, access resources, and take the first steps toward support and recovery. Her compassion, expertise, and dedication make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve every day.

Caregivers are more likely to experience symptoms of depression or anxiety. If you’re experiencing signs of caregiving stress, reach out to your case manager.
