Chicken Salad available TOMORROW! While it lasts!
An evening celebrating 50 years of marriage surrounded by family, beautiful weather, fireworks, and a private dinner under the Carolina sky. ✨
Guests enjoyed a multi-course surf & turf dinner featuring charcuterie, Caesar salad, filet & lobster tails, and strawberry shortcake to finish the evening.
Moments like these are exactly why I love what I do.
Special thanks to the team for holding things down. Wouldn’t have worked without you!

If you know, you know. 🤍
My chicken salad is back—and yes, it’s that good.

Simplicity, Elevated. 🌿✨
Fresh, local ingredients—handled with care and intention—can create the most memorable bites.
This year’s dish—Lowcountry shrimp with charred corn and garden tomato succotash, lightly dressed with champagne vinegar and olive oil, finished with basil oil—was all about balance, flavor, and letting each component shine.
Grateful for the love at Roast & Toast 💛
…and for everyone who came back for seconds—thank you. 🍤

Respectfully… your favorite flautus spot has been replaced. 😏✨
Crispy chicken flautus with house-made avocado crema, pico de gallo, queso fresco & lettuce.
Homemade just hits different. 💫

Corporate lunch days look like this. ✨
We had the opportunity to set up boxed lunches for Michelin’s quarterly meeting and I love how clean and seamless everything came together.
But here’s the thing — we’re more than your everyday drop-off option.
Every menu is customized.
Dressings? Made in-house.
Sauces? Handcrafted.
Details? Thought through.
Even in a boxed lunch, you can taste the difference.
Grateful for corporate partners who trust us to show up with consistency and care — especially in rooms where big conversations are happening.
Simple. Elevated. Intentional.

Refrigerator clean-out but make it luxury 👏🏾✨
Everything in this dish was left over in my fridge — the top sirloin, the red Argentinian shrimp, the cream… and I grabbed this paccheri from because it looked fun and interesting and I knew I could do something with it 😌
Threw it together with a garlic Parmesan cream sauce, hit that steak on my new grill pan (10/10 recommend 🔥), seared the shrimp, and layered it up.
Let this be your reminder: stop wasting food. Some of the best meals come from working with what you already have. A little creativity + good seasoning = quick and amazing dinner every time.

“Stay ready so you don’t have to get ready.” ✨
Super last-minute call to be on WIS 10 TV in Columbia for a Valentine’s Day segment… and of course we showed up ready.
We featured a menu that ANY home cook can pull off:
🍓 Strawberry Fields Salad
🍤 Shrimp Scampi with Linguine
🍰 Layered Strawberry Shortcake
Simple. Fresh. Romantic. Elevated — without being intimidating.
This menu is perfect for date night, Galentine’s, or honestly anyone you love. ❤️
And it’s always good to be in Columbia — truly my home away from home.
Huge thank you to the team at WIS for having Chef Stephanie Bolden & Co. Always grateful for the opportunity to share good food and good vibes.

Corporate done right!
You can get boxed lunches anywhere, but I guarantee they won’t be as flavorful as these!

One year of being the boss! My OWN boss! 🙏🏾😎
Yesterday (December 20) marked one full year of being full-time in my business and officially being my own boss. And honestly… this year has been better than I ever expected.
A year ago, I didn’t even know this was the plan for me—but God did. At that time, I was working a 9–5, being a mom, being a caregiver, and trying to squeeze in catering whenever I could. Hurricane Helene had destroyed our home, and we were living in a hotel with what felt like a million and one things on my plate. Everything felt uncertain, yet somehow everything was still aligning.
Because I had so much on my plate, my 9–5 actually let me go (lol). Little did I know, they were doing me a favor and unknowingly pushing me further into my purpose. What felt like loss was really redirection.
This first year hasn’t been perfect—and I still have so much to learn—but I’m committed to elevating myself, growing, and being better every single day. I’m trusting God, doing the work, and continuing to walk in obedience.
I’m beyond grateful for every client who trusted me, every referral, and every person who mentioned my name in rooms I wasn’t in. You all have been a part of this journey in ways you may never fully know.
Here’s to one year full-time, faith over fear, and everything God has ahead. The best is truly yet to come. 🤍

You can’t go wrong with a classic combo of soup and salad and of course a little graze situation to start the evening.
In this case we ran back our spiced sweet potato bisque with notes of cinnamon, cumin, smoked paprika and a pinch of cayenne. It was paired with mixed greens topped with glazed pecans, feta cheese, dried cranberries & a champagne honey vinaigrette.
These are a few of the starters we got to share with our friends at for their 2025 holiday party! It’s always a good time with this group and can’t wait to do it again!
