Things to look forward to are our new chairs in the pedicure area. And I will begin working my new Ayurvedic Massage wand into my pedicure services. A whole lotta massage with very little strain on my hands and shoulders. So far the response has been positive and I feel good afterwards.

CANCELATION POLICY INCOMING.

For many years I had a flexible cancelation policy because, honestly, I felt bad for enforcing it.
During December alone I have had SO MANY last minute cancelations that I was just unable to fill.
Reserved time slots that were unavailable for other clients and in many cases had been reserved for weeks.
I realize stuff comes up and you have to cancel but please know that if its under 24 hours that typically I am unable to fill those spots which means I don't get paid.
I don't have PTO.
I don't have sick leave.
I don't have the safety net of an hourly job.

Beginning January 1 2023 I will be strictly enforcing my cancelation policy so please read this and understand it.
48 hour notice preferred.
Less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service.
Less than 12 hours will be charged 100% of the service.
You will receive an invoice via text message that will need to be filled out in a timely manner to avoid cancelation of future appointments.

Hey all!
Effective now, I am no longer going to accept Venmo.
From here on out I would prefer Cash or Card for service and product purchases.
I use my Square account mainly and unfortunately Venmo does not connect with Square.
Hopefully, omitting Venmo will simplify things.
