Many times, when we face difficulties, our minds resist the situation and becomes overwhelmed with sadness or frustration.
But acceptance does not mean giving up; it means understanding that some situations are a part of life’s journey and choosing to face them with stability and faith.
When we stop fighting reality internally, we begin to feel calmer and lighter within. Even amidst challenges, we can still remain connected to the Divine and continue searching for peace and happiness within the situation itself.

Have you ever had a gut feeling… and it turned out to be right?
That’s your sixth sense, your ability to perceive what the five senses, mind, and intellect cannot.
There is a subtle world around us that we may not notice, but it still affects us. It is like a TV without an antenna; signals are there, but we cannot receive them. Only when it is connected do things become clear.
In the same way, with spiritual practice, our sixth sense gradually develops, and we begin to perceive beyond the physical world.
