I’ve been thinking…
What if we tried something different?
On the next full moon (April 1st), I’m going to take a few minutes and practice something called Active Love.
No phones.
No leaving your house.
No posting about it.
Just pausing and intentionally sending love toward someone who triggers me.
No politics.
No arguments.
No debating.
Not because they deserve it.
Not because I agree with them.
But because my nervous system deserves relief.
If you feel the weight of everything lately… you’re welcome to join me.
Just a few minutes. Quietly. Together.
Imagine if even a small percentage of us chose peace at the same time. 🧘🏽✌🏼🌸☮️
Are we better at Coordination or Teamwork? 🤔🤣?!? Judging by the number of injuries in my lifetime and my inability to make the HS dance team, im sure success has less to do with coordination than it does with teamwork. 🤣😅
We all move faster and benefit one another when we choose to work together.❤️

Last year’s window when we cut thousands and thousands of hearts out and layered them one by one to make of the prettiest window displays yet. Like everything we do, it was a labor of LOVE!! ❤️

It’s the people we meet and the connections we make that truly keep us going.
