To be surrounded by the magical bliss of critters singing, the trees dancing in the wind and the wild wonders the water rejuvenates me to the core! I've learned it is a requirement for me, it's non negotiable! This is how I stay grounded, connected and aligned with the heart beat of the earth and all her glorious riches! May you find yourself embraced by her grace!

The most empowering notion I've learned was CHOICE!! I didn't know that by not choosing is a choice!! When it comes down to it there are two choices: choose to live into the best version of you or live the way society "guides" you to...with that pit in your stomach telling you there's more to explore!! I'm curious, from which do you operate?

Each day after meditating I utilize these Chakra Wisdom cards to work with my energies. If you would like me to pull a card for you please pm me with your name and birthday. They help me shift and maintain perspective, each day the message is spot on within my experiences!!

Most common answer I get is "I don't know" I can assure you there is no one who knows you better than you. I don't have the answer for you. It's not that you don't know, it's that your not willing to face the discomfort of asking or the"pain" in the truth you will receive. Facing yourself is the hardest medicine to accept but once you are able to get beyond what you thought you were, beyond what you had to be to survive, is where you will find your bliss... Let's go there!

Finally finished my puzzle!! One piece was missing but I still love it!! A dragon fly took rest on my knee while meditating at the park yesterday, it inspired me to finish it!!

Have you ever noticed how much you judge even the little things? This is a way the ego indulges us, and keeps us "safe" judging unconsciously says our opinion is right or better than. This is detrimental to growth, it keeps the mind enclosed to self opinion instead of open to possibility. Break free!!

You always have a choice, more so in the moments you feel most restricted. You can not change the situation however you can change your perspective! Take your power back by surrendering! Release judgments and re-define your expectations to be flexible!
