Senate Bill 56 has passed and will move back to the senate for final approval. This means CBD "dispensaries" will need to be licensed at the bargain price of a $5000 application fee, and if they have been previously licensed ONLY $10,000 for the first year license. If not grandfathered, $75,000 for the first 2-year license. The THC beverage industry will continue to thrive. Carry outs will be allowed to sell 10mg THC beverages for carryout and bars will continue to serve 5mg drinks for consumption on premises. If an Ohio consumer wants a full-spectrum product they will need to go to a "licensed CBD dispensary"

Judge Blocks Ohio H**p Ban, Offering Relief For Local Wellness Businesses Governor DeWine’s 90-day h**p ban faced swift backlash. A Franklin County judge has temporarily blocked it, giving small h**p businesses room to breathe.

Looks like no more full spectrum h**p in Ohio. Anything over 0.5mg per serving or 2mg per package is now banned. This effectively eliminates 95% of our products. We will offer consultations and free product from our personal inventory. Call or email for your consultation today.
