Yesturday Angelina and I went to checkout the Korean BBQ place that just opened in Manchester, NH.

I had checked out a different location before in Lowell, MA with my friend Sam some time ago.

I ordered the Rosé Ddeok-bokki. Angelina had the Cheesling Boneless chicken with cheese sticks.

It was amazing! The huge difference between all the other chicken places around here and Korean BBQ is they use dark meat for their boneless chicken! It’s juicier, more flavorful, and just overall great!

The Cheesling taste like if you got the white cheddar powder they use on Smartfood Popcorn, add some herbs and BAM, deliciousness!

As for the Ddeok-bokki, it was spicy, cheesy, tender, chewy, savory, and pro tip, if you dip the chicken or cheese sticks in the sauce, you’ll be in for a treat.

Everything we had here was just as good if not better than the last time I ate it.

So come check out this awesome Korean fried chicken place, I promise you they 100% stand out in the city where the chicken tenders were born!

At The Bridge Cafe on Elm Street in Manchester, NH

I went for a much needed walk in downtown Manch on a beautiful August day and was in the mood for a Sando and saw the bridge cafe. My friend Kim had told me to try them so I walked right in.

What caught my eye was their Wellington Panini. It had roast beef, steak sauce, Swiss, Gorgonzola, and sautéed mushrooms and onions. I also went with a side of pasta salad.

For a drink I went with their blended frozen latte crème brûlée flavored.

The Panini was delicious. The mushrooms were bold, the cheese were subtle, the onions were sweet, and the sauce tangy. Now the bread was a bit on the softer side despite having grill lines but if you’re someone who prefer softer bread they are perfect. I personally prefer my paninis extra crispy and toasted but again, a personal preference not a critique.

The salad as acidic and very herby. It looked to have olives, feta, and sun-dried tomato’s but I mostly tasted the dressing and herbs. Still good but I would have liked to either have them add more olives/tomatoes/feta or pull back on the dressing and herbs.

The coffee though? YUM! Sweet, not bitter, cool, and on a hot day, VERY refreshing!

Over all I think this place is great and look forward to Ming back and trying something else.

Hope you guys come and check them out.

Ciao and Mangia on!
