This Saturday, June 20, from 12 PM to 2 PM, stop by Surf Style Gulf Shores to meet Wyland and celebrate his mission of ocean conservation through public art. Afterward, take a short drive to The Gulf Orange Beach for an afternoon of amazing seafood, handcrafted cocktails, and a relaxing time by the Gulf Water.

Blue Angels flyby watch from The Gulf. ✈️🌊

According to the OBA Community Website’s OBA Blues Alert, the Blue Angels are expected in our area this evening between 6 and 7 p.m.

The Gulf Orange Beach is the best and most beautiful spot to watch from, with waterfront views overlooking Perdido Pass and Alabama Point.

Come grab a spot by the water and keep an eye on the sky.

Blue Angels flyby watch from The Gulf. ✈️🌊

According to the OBA Blues Alert from Gulf Shores News and Orange Beach News, the Blue Angels are expected to return through our area this evening between 6–7 PM after their air show in St. Louis.

While we never know their exact flight path, The Gulf Orange Beach is a beautiful place to keep an eye on the sky, with waterfront views overlooking Perdido Pass and Alabama Point.

Come grab a spot by the water, enjoy the Gulf Coast view, and watch for a possible Blue Angels flyby.

𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 @ 7:20 pm: The Blue Angels buzzed Palafox and Pensacola Beach, then west to around Perdido Pass in Orange Beach before making their last turn to land.

𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 @ 6:21 pm: We have it on good authority that the Blue Angels will be in the vicinity around 6:45-7:15 pm.

𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 @ 6:00 pm: Ernie has taken off from St. Louis, MO. It is about a 1½-hour flight for the Blue Angels once they’re airborne. This makes our estimated arrival time around 7:20ish.

𝗢𝗕𝗔 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘁: The Blue Angels are flying home this evening after their air show in St. Louis, MO. We expect to see them in our area between 6:00 and 7:00. We will update this post if we receive additional information.

Once the Blues are in the area, watch the comments on this post for updates on sighting locations.

As always, we never know their flight plan, whether they'll give us a Beach Buzz, or, if they do, which beaches they’ll buzz. So far this year, they have made several final turns south of Turquoise Place, near Perdido Pass, and a little further west. Hopefully, they’ll continue this flight pattern on their return trips.
