I'm a handyman for around the home for 15yrs. I can take care of issues that are smaller than construction jobs, as in repairs or replace. Repairs or replace.
But I can do so much more at a reasonable rate. I've been helping home owners, rentals, and condo associations . I don't do larger construction projects like remodeling. We can talk and see what all you need and can make a decision what the best option is.

May 12th is the day I will be back at it full time helping with things around your home.
Since 2010 I've been saving home owners money, and to prove it still as I get back to business, I'm still not raising my hourly charge. I am still at $85 an hour. PLUS, if its something simple, and it takes just a few minutes. I'm going to be pretty light on the charge.
I have opened up yhe travel area, so ill be going further out of town. So if you have friends and family within a 50-100 mile from Fargo. Tell them about me, I would greatly appreciate it!
I will have a listing of all I do up hopefully by the end of May 9th.
If you have questions certainly contact me. If you have an emergency let me know I can usually be there within 30min.
Spring is right around the corner, are you ready? Have you checked on your sump to see if its ready for the melting? How are your window screens, are they needing to be repaired. What about your storm doors, are they adjusted and ready for the season?
Gutters are another item to be thinking about, as well as your dryer vents.
