Time to say goodbye to another interesting year and welcome you all to 2022. Last year we had completed only 1 project and put 2 projects into construction. Fortunately, things picked up and we received several big projects which we are wrapping up and will begin construction in 2022. We would like to thank our clients who didn't back out and our team who kept pushing forward when things didn't seem possible. We wish you all a wonderful new beginning in 2022. PIE studio had a wonderful opportunity to be part of an amazing exhibition at the Taiwan Design Museum in honor of Bauhaus 100 years celebration "Beyond Bauhaus". This exhibition showcase Asian Designers who were inspired by the Bauhaus movement in their projects and products. Our chairs were selected for the exhibition which inspired by Bauhaus concept of Point + Lines + Surface = Volume. This exhibition will run thru November 3rd. Our Steel Tongue Chair is now at the Cooper Hewitt Museum as part of the PRODUCT DESIGN AND DECORATIVE ARTS COLLECTION... Hopefully, it will be on displays one of these days...

So, it begins.... Before & After site prep, Day one. A 1.2 acres, 200+ units, 8 stories, parking, retails, restaurants, community center and a state of the art fitness center onsite, few steps from skytrain, supermarket, shopping... beautiful part of Bangkok!!! Construction begins mid of next year, more details soon!!!
