Dr Toor was born in a small lumber town at the base of the Rocky Mountains in northern Canada, and then his family moved to Vancouver, Canada. Longing for an adventure he pursued and completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in the #1 ranked dental school in India, Manipal University. Dr Toor completed his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the esteemed Boston University along with clinical training at Harvard University and Tufts University. In addition, he completed a Cosmetic Dentistry externship at NY University in Manhattan. He currently holds two doctorates and a fellowship.

Dr Toor has extensive experience in operating and optimizing dental practices. He is a coach at heart and believes in providing a team culture that allows growth towards high functioning teams.

Dr Toor has his advanced surgical and implant training from the world-renowned MAXI course and Implant Pathway. He was trained by faculty from Harvard University and University of Alabama. After hundreds of hours of surgical training, he received his Fellowship in Implant Dentistry which less than 1% of doctors in the United States hold. Dr Toor continues to maintain a strong focus on continuing education for himself and his team. He still pursues over 100 hours a year in training when the Texas Dental Board only requires 24 hours of CE. He believes that we must be constantly be evolving with technology, science, and research to provide an exceptional level of care for our patients.

He is a husband, father, and avid adventurist. He loves to travel to immerse himself in cultural experiences around the world. He enjoys playing basketball, surfing, skiing, hiking great peaks, and exploring new restaurants. He will always have a story to tell. Currently he is expecting his 2nd child and training for the Chicago Marathon in October 2024 with a partnership with Team World Vision to bring awareness and infrastructure for clean water for children in impoverished parts of the world.

Growing up I’ve always had access to clean water. It’s been a NON ISSUE ! When I’ve travelled to remote areas in Asia I noticed it IS AN ISSUE! couldn’t believe people are sick and dying from no access to water. Life is short , we should all try to make a positive impact to the planet and our comminite. So I’m trying to do my part and bring awareness and running the Chicago Marathon with world visions efforts to bring clean and safe water to communities in need.
