Preventive Maintenance

-Check amp draw of compressor
-Check amp draw of condenser motor
-Check amp draw of evaporator motor
-Check and clear primary & secondary condensate lines and pans
-Check belts and pulleys; adjust if necessary
-Check system operating pressures (refrigerant levels)
-Check thermostat operation
-General inspection of wiring in furnace and A/C units
-Clean condenser coil
-Clean evaporator coil (if accessible)
-Inspect filter; replace if customer provides a replacement filter
-Lubricate motors if oil ports are accessible
-Test temperature rise and drop of furnace, A/C, and heat pump

The Rankine cycle is an idealized thermodynamic cycle describing the process by which certain heat engines, such as steam turbines or reciprocating steam engines, allow mechanical work to be extracted from a fluid as it moves between a heat source and heat sink. The Rankine cycle is named after William John Macquorn Rankine, a Scottish polymath professor at Glasgow University.
