Allison Jaffe holds a Bachelor’s of Science from University of Pittsburgh in Neuropsychology and graduated Magna Cum Laude in Interior Design from Texas State University. She is a Texas Registered Interior Designer (#11034) and a Professional Member of the American Society for Interior Designers (ASID). Her accolades include twelve prestigious awards in residential design and an Austin Under 40 award. In addition to her dedication to interior design, Allison is an active member of the Austin community and plays a strong role in fundraising and leadership.

My favorite place to be is behind the scenes like a conductor quietly conducting the orchestra and letting the ballet performers shine in front. I don’t want be to be the center of attention or in front of the camera, I prefer to let my work do the talking.

I’m also neurodivergent and a huge introvert—I love being at home with my 3 kitties. Speaking of my home- it is my safe space where I can unwind, unmask and be authentically me.

And this is why I find designing homes so special. I want others to find their peace at home, in spaces that allow them to feel safe and share their secrets knowing there is no judgement.

A space where you can come home to rest your head or a space where you can leave feeling empowered to take on the day.

When the near east meets the far east, a fairytale bedroom unfolds. Our client whose husband is from India fell in love with this mural depicting a landscape of Bandipur, it immediately set the tone for this bedroom oasis.
