Fundación MedWater is actively retraining health promoters in the communities it works with to ensure the continued improvement of public health. In 2024, the Sumak Sacha community successfully constructed a safe water station, as captured in the Inauguration Day photo. Additionally, we have several photos from training sessions conducted last week. Your generous donations are instrumental in making these initiatives possible. Please consider donating today to support our ongoing efforts in providing better health services to these communities!

This week, the world, a family and a community lost a wonderful, kind leader Carmelita Salome Shiguango.
On any visit we ever had with her she always had this happy, welcoming smile on her face and she always made us feel like family and we are grateful for that.
Sending our condomences to our Medwater Napo family, Jeremias, Carmen, Alexandra and her husband Jorge. You are in our hearts and on our minds. ❤️
