Sheet metal fabricator: must be able to tig weld sheet metal, must have experience in restoration/custom fabrication.
Auto body/paint tech: must have experience in restoration/custom auto body.
Mechanic/assembly tech: must have experience working around high end/finished cars.

Perseverance -
persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success.
◦ This is the word that comes to mind when I think about 2020. Who would have imagined we’d be here, so much uncertainty this year, so much heartache, yet so much room for growth, so much time to grind and rise above it all! I remember back in March reaching out to our customers to ask if we can continue working on their cars, every one of them said yes! We then saw delays in shipping and in our industry without parts you can’t work, so we took inventory and ordered parts ahead of what’s needed so if things took a turn for the worse at least we had parts to carry on our work. We talked with our team, we all agreed to be in this together and keep our heads down and work, show up everyday and grind! We never closed our doors! We were able to work through this year, together as a team, and our customers never once asked us to slow down or not work on their cars. We were also able to hire more people, offer overtime to our employees, take on more jobs, and continue to grow. With all of this said we’ve had our best year ever, this year we celebrated 10 years in business and we continue to grow and to see opportunities where we can expand our business. As the afternoon was coming to a close I took this picture to remind myself of the perseverance my team and I had this year. Cheers to 2021!
