I have a very simple, conservative profit goal of just 10%.

10% of a $200,000 property = $20,000
10% of a $20 million property = $2 million

If we split that 50-50 with a partner, we're looking at $10,000 vs $ 1 million!

10% is conservative, many times we can do better. And, the prices may be much less, but you get the idea.
