Replacing 3 exterior doors in a farmhouse. There was a lot of rot and termite damage around the doors. I’ll be going back next week with the metal brake, and doing the interior and exterior trim.

These are some photos from a bigger job that I have done. I remodeled two bathrooms, 900 ft2 of snap lock flooring, 3 interior doors, a whole house water filter install, a water softener install, a reverse osmosis install, added an island in the kitchen with a receptacle, and a kitchen remodel.

This was a small bathroom and flooring job that was completed just before our vacation.

A little door restoration work to get recharged after our vacation. A little stain, and a little paint makes a huge difference.

Laundry room progress. Painting and laying the floor soon.

Built a storage roof for a friend and fellow veteran. Dug and poured pillars yesterday, framed and roofed today.

Updated progress on the laundry room addition.

2 jobs this week. Replaced an old wooden railing on a historical house in Fincastle, and 8 square of shingles on a garage in Bonsack.

Been working on a large job. 1000ft2 flooring, 4 interior doors, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a whole house water filter.

This is my current home job. Building a laundry/mud room

This is my current job. She had a water leak from her refrigerator line. I am replacing cabinets, and countertops. I had to run an electrical line to the island. Two bathroom remodels. Payed waterproof flooring through the entire house with no thresholds. I also have some drywall repair here and there, and some plumbing. Call Little’s Precision Carpentry for all your needs.

Added some drop down stairs and subfloor to an attic for storage

When you have moles, you need owls. Built some owl houses out of cedar and installed them today.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted. I’ve done couple different jobs this past month. Pictures first is a garage organization project, and then a ceiling damaged from a water leak. My water remediation experience really paid off with the second job.

I haven’t posted for a little while, but I have been very busy. these are pictures of a turnstile post that I’ve replaced, and a shed ramp that I’ve replaced with the drop from a Trex deck. The deck will be finished tomorrow, so stay tuned for those pictures.
