“When I got my first NAM Open Call invite last year, I never thought I would end up
where I am today. 2023 was my first year participating with NAM! I have been very blessed with the opportunities I have been given to serve the people around me. During my time as the NAM Ohio Teen, I got involved with the community surrounding Ashland University. My favorite service project was a week long missions trip in Lancaster, SC where my team did various tasks such as landscaping and sorting food/clothing for K.A.R.E (Kershaw Area Resource Exchange) which helped people in short term crisis! We also worked on Faith Ranch where we did anything from painting the barn stalls to hosting a day for homeschooled children and their families to pet animals and engage in other various activities. As my reign soon comes to an end, the biggest thing I have learned is to be confident in who you are and be your most authentic self. Coming into the State Pageant, I had no idea what to expect but I told myself to do my best and not stress! Becoming part of the NAMily is an incredible experience. I have met so many inspiring women throughout both the State and National Pageants and have created lifelong friendships and memories along the way! I cannot thank National American Miss enough for bringing out the confidence I didn’t know I had and truly changing my life for the better.”
“I can’t believe that in just a few weeks, I’ll be crowning another beautiful queen. As I look back on my incredible journey as Miss Michigan Jr. Pr***en for , my heart is filled with gratitude and joy.
This year has been a dream come true, filled with unforgettable experiences and personal growth. Volunteering at the and was a highlight, as my love for animals made these moments truly special. I was honored to be awarded by Senator Klinefelt of Michigan and raised funds for the Humane Society, even getting my name on a dog’s kennel.
These opportunities have inspired me and shaped my understanding of community service. Throughout my reign, I’ve gained newfound confidence, made amazing friends, and embraced new opportunities, like starting acting classes and completing a showcase after auditioning at the NAM Nationals. While the experiences and personal achievements are invaluable, it’s the friendships and memories that I will cherish the most. A big thank you to the NAM National staff and my wonderful State Director, , for their unwavering support and kindness. I am proud to be part of this NAMily!
To all the upcoming contestants and the next Miss Michigan Jr. Pr***en: Embrace your true self, love yourself deeply, and most importantly, have fun. Seize every opportunity to shine and become the best version of yourself. You got this! 🫶🫶🫶”
“It’s almost time for my year as Miss Tennessee Pr***en for National American Miss to come to an end! I can’t put into words what this dream year has meant to me. I’ll never forget representing TN at Nationals in Orlando, and it’s an understatement to say what an incredible honor it is to bring the National Pr***en title home to Tennessee! I was beyond thrilled to also receive the International Talent & International Media Correspondent Awards, National Actress & Runway Awards, The Young Author Award, and Music Artist of the Year for Junior Divisions. I’ve also worked hard for many other “firsts” this year! My first time playing guitar/singing for an audience at the Bluebird Café, I wrote my first song “Ready For Summer” & recorded it at historic RCA Studio A, released it on Spotify & Apple Music and heard my song for the first time playing on country radio! However, these experiences and awards are not what I have cherished most. The opportunities to serve NOTES for Education, PENCIL, Souls4Souls and Susan G. Komen were extraordinary, and I loved reading to kids in elementary schools. I’ve made extraordinary friends from “sister queens” to contestants in states all over the country! Thank you to the NAM National staff for their dedication and to my amazing State Director, Mr. Matt Leverton, who is always kind, fair, and funny! I pray I will always remain part of this NAMily! To this year’s contestants and the next Miss Tennessee Pr***en: Do your best, have fun, and soak it all in. I hope you will take advantage of every moment to shine your light and become the best version of yourself. May God continue to bless you!”
With Gratitude,

The NAM GA Cover Girl has been busy this past year, serving her community and state. We love to see it!
“After one year of serving the great state of Michigan, I am filled with honor to have been chosen for this opportunity. I’ve learned through my year that being a queen is a selfless act and is a privilege to be used wisely to better my community. The title of the Michigan Teen might be mine, but my whole year has been dedicated to serving others. With my platform “Be an Upstander,” I’ve been able to speak to schools about how they can put a stop to bullying and was able to attend all NAM Michigan open calls and prep sessions to share my NAM story and help prepare and support state finalists across the state.
My year as the Michigan Teen has been nothing short of a dream come true, but before I hand over my crown Fourth of July weekend, I want to wish each state finalist the best of luck. No matter of the outcome of the weekend, know that I’m proud of you, the NAM staff are proud of you, and I hope you are proud of yourself too. When I look back on previous pageants or even horse shows, I never remembered how I placed, but I remembered how I felt, the memories I made, and the lessons I’ve learned. So my best advice is to first be yourself, but second, to take this weekend for what it truly is: a chance to build life skills and make new friends.”
is loving her visit to Alabama for the state pageant!
I’m so excited for this year’s National American Miss Ohio State Finals in July! It was amazing to have already met many of you while traveling all across Ohio for the Open Calls and Prep Course. Here we are now, just weeks away from the finale!
To me, being a State Queen means you should use your influence to help others. Right after last year’s State Finals, I got started by reaching out to community organizations and partnered with local leaders to fundraise for school supplies + winter clothing for local international school, as well as visited our seniors at a nursing home. Seeing the smiles you can help bring to another person will have a powerful impact on you.
Speaking of smiles, no matter how this year’s State Finals turns out, just be proud of all the hard work you have done to prepare yourself to perform on stage! I believe you will do an amazing job because you will give it your best and have grown more with confidence—that’s what being a NAM girl is all about!
I’m looking forward to watching each of you at the optional contests, dancing our numbered routine together and being there with you when you compete! Oh, please don’t hesitate to come take a selfie with me that weekend—I just love taking pictures! Smiles everyone, because we are all beautiful!

Moments like these ❤️
It’s almost time to kick off our state pageant season!! Who’s ready?! 👏👏👏
Hello NAM Family,
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be your 2023-24 National American Miss Kentucky. During the year I have had the privilege to meet so many wonderful people and make new connections while volunteering throughout my community and state. I enjoyed spending time with the upcoming generation and was able to communicate with the children and inspire their curious and growing minds. During my year of service I was able to make multiple appearances and speak at events. I hosted a coat drive in keeping the community warm to aid homeless shelters and displaced families. I participated in Project Read, creating an audible online book for students at home learning and read to elementary students in class. Being crowned National American Miss Kentucky has been a fairytale dream come true. My heart has been overwhelmed by the love and compassion shown throughout the state and NAM pageantry. The new friendships, collaboration, and appearances truly brings everyone together and creates one big family. To all of the contestants, I want to wish you the best of luck and encourage you to embrace this journey with poise, beauty, and grace. You are about to enter what will hopefully be the most enjoyable and rewarding experience of your life. As a contestant, you will have the opportunity to make new friends, learn things you didn’t know about yourself, and find the courage and strength to do the unimaginable with growing confidence. Most important stay true to yourself, you are the perfect you.
Best Wishes,
Ryleigh Blythe

It's official. There's a new doggy in my life. Meet Bandit, he's a little over a year old mixed breed. He was rescued from a not good situation. He's pretty shy and lacks confidence. Where else to build his self-esteem then being a NAM mascot 😁
We had sooo many queens helping out in the Carolina’s for pageant prep!
