🌎 Home again after a 2,000 mile journey to Norfolk for Bayou Bon Vivant, and feeling incredibly grateful.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared kind words, and supported Louisiana artists this weekend. Seeing these pieces find homes with people who truly connect to them is the best part of what I do.
Now it’s time to unpack, catch my breath, and get back to the torch with a head full of inspiration. Norfolk, you were lovely!❤️

All the world's a stage! Norfolk rolled out the red carpet for us again this year! Thank you and for such a beautiful weekend! If you are in the area, come down to Town Point Park and pass a good time with us at Bayou Bon Vivant all weekend!
Some 1,000 miles away from the swampy, mosquito and love bug-infested neighborhood I call home, we find ourselves in the beautiful waterfront city of Norfolk, VA, for Bayou Bon Vivant! I’m heading to Norfolk, Virginia this weekend for Bayou Bon Vivant with the Louisiana Crafts Guild!
I’ll be bringing hand-drawn surreal storybook art, prints, tarot-inspired pieces, books, decks, and strange little relics from my current series, *The Unbelongings*.

This is my favorite part of custom work.
What begins as loose stones and silver wire eventually finds its person. Seeing this turquoise and bumblebee jasper pendant being worn and loved made my entire day.

Some stones just know they belong together.
This custom pendant pairs a softly faceted half-moon turquoise with a glowing bumblebee jasper. Turquoise has long been associated with protection, grounding, and honest communication. Bumblebee jasper carries all the energy of fire, courage, creativity, and forward motion.
Together, they feel like sky meeting flame.
I kept the fabrication simple with hand-formed silver bezels, fine silver framing, and a sterling long-and-short chain that lets the stones tell the story. One of my favorite things about custom work is watching someone choose stones that somehow already understand each other.
