You told us what matters most. The top three issues voters identified were:

1️⃣ Cost of health insurance and premiums — 61.3%
2️⃣ Medicaid insurance and keeping people covered — 57.4%
3️⃣ High copays, deductibles and out-of-pocket costs — 44.5%

These responses underscore what we hear from communities across the country: healthcare isn’t just about whether you have coverage. It’s about whether you can afford that coverage and actually use it when you need care.
