It’s with a heavy heart that we share some important news with our Sweet Shack family 💔

We’ve recently been informed that our lease in Town Square at Southlands will not be renewed. While this chapter is coming to a close, we are incredibly grateful for every single person who has supported our small, family-owned business along the way.

From sunny summer afternoons to sweet treats shared with friends and family, you’ve made Sweet Shack Shave Ice so much more than just a stop for dessert—you’ve made it a community. 🍧

Thank you for showing up for us, cheering us on, and allowing us to be part of your memories. Your support has meant everything to our family.

This isn’t goodbye forever—just the end of this location.

We’ll keep you updated on what’s next for Sweet Shack.

This past weekend someone from another retailer came into our business and rudely approached our worker stating that we were in violation of our contract because we were selling a particular handmade item. Mind you NOWHERE in our winter contract does it say we can not sell this item but now we have been asked to eliminate them from our menu indefinitely and remove signage because this retailer apparently has "exclusive" rights. We are a small family owned business just trying to provide for our family. To say we are disappointed is an understatement to have the income from our current supplies for this part of our menu as well as any future sales and smiles we could have provided our customers be eliminated like this because another business doesnt care who they are harming.
