Anchor Pointe: A Safe Harbor for a New Beginning.
🚨 We’re Hiring in Montgomery! 🚨
Anchor Pointe House (Sober Living Facility) is looking for an Intake & Outreach Coordinator to help us keep our homes full and support people in recovery.
✨ Pay Structure:
$300–$350/week base
$50 for each successful intake (paid after move-in)
$150 bonus for each resident who stays 30+ days
👉 $1,800–$2,500+ per month depending on performance!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Call and follow up with potential residents
✅ Connect with treatment centers, probation officers, and community partners
✅ Help new residents with paperwork and move-ins
Who We’re Looking For:
Outgoing, dependable, and motivated
Experience in recovery or community outreach is a plus (not required)
Lived experience in recovery = BIG plus 🙌
