No class tonight gym family! See you at Saturday Conditioning class 8:30am. There is always kids open mat at Wise Jiu Jitsu Waxahachie at 6pm tonight and Adult fundamentals at 7pm as well.

One thing Blair and I wanted when we opened Mercy was to have a place where woman could truly feel safe to learn and practice. All to often you find a gym where woman are treated as a guy and the men treat them as so....... that is certainly not the case with us. Ladies.... come try us out! We are a woman owned and woman led gym and want nothing more than to see more of you on the mat..... that goes for the girls as well. It was a very proud moment 3 weeks ago when we had 14 girls to 8 boys on the mat!

Mercy Jiu Jitsu will be open Monday! Kids open at 6pm and adults at 7pm. Sometimes a good roll is what you need to de-stress from the day.
