We have covered and non covered spaces Water, septic and electric included in the $500 monthly rate. Use the golf course, driving range, restaurant and bar. Kayak to a 1/4 sandy beach on the Brazos River. There is a boat ramp.

People take their RV's all over the country on fishing trips. This video was taken along side Brazos RV Resort. The video may be a few years old but these guys keep coming back. They say the Sand Bass are biting right now. Grab the kids, the RV and a pole and come on down.
