That’s a wrap on Texas FFA convention filming with the 2025-26 Texas FFA state officer team. 🎬

Last week was filled with retiring address rehearsals, script writing, filming, and convention prep as we gear up for another exciting Convention season.

Then, it was wheels up to 📍 Las Vegas for a site visit at the MGM Grand as planning continues for an upcoming August show.

Great events start long before attendees arrive, and the more prep that happens before show day, the smoother the experience for everyone involved!

Convention season is officially in full swing! ✨🚀

This past weekend, WG provided audio, video, lighting, LED and internal & online streaming for 2026 Commencement at Hendrix College in 📍 Conway, Ark.

With the ceremony taking place across two gyms, our team streamed the event live from the Event Gym into the Recreation Gym to support overflow seating and help every guest stay connected to the celebration. Friends and family who couldn’t attend in person were also able to join the moment through the online livestream.

Congratulations to the graduates and thank you to Hendrix for trusting our team with such an important day! 🎓

WG recently wrapped production for the 2026 RTX MATHCOUNTS National Competition where we provided LED, lighting, audio, and livestream support for some of the BRIGHTEST middle school students in the country!

The centerpiece of the show was a 72-foot LED wall paired with truss entrance towers that gave these Mathletes the big-stage experience they deserved. This was a high-energy event from start to finish, and a fun one for our team to bring to life! 🚀

Last week, WG had the privilege of serving as the event production provider for the 99th Arkansas FFA Convention & Expo at Bank OZK Arena in 📍 Hot Springs.

Just as convention attendance continues to grow, so does the production. This year marked a major step forward with two semi trucks of equipment, an expanded expo stage, and main stage graphics that elevated the entire experience.

While it’s SO much fun reminiscing about the conventions held out at Camp Couchdale, it’s incredible to see how far this event has come in the ~15 years we’ve been involved.... just a little more each year, right? 😂
