Some locations don't allow a 5" freestyle build anywhere near them. Sub 250g changes that conversation entirely.

The BetaFPV Pavo Pico 2 runs the DJI O4 Pro camera, which is a significant step up from the O4 Lite in terms of image quality, and the cinewhoops form factor means I can put it in spaces that would be off limits for anything larger. Flying over people, tight interior environments, low-ceiling venues, trade show floors. This thing fits where other drones simply don't.

Four batteries in this morning. Still ironing out the ELRS setup but the performance is already well ahead of the Meteor 75, which is what I need to for my use case in production.

Added the BetaFPV Meteor 75 to the arsenal specifically to build precision FPV control in tight spaces. The backyard becomes an obstacle course. Every tree, post, and gap is a training rep.

Micro whoops force you to fly clean or crash. No room for sloppy inputs. That muscle memory is what shows up when you're threading a camera through a real production environment.

FPV cinematography at a commercial level requires hundreds of hours before it's ready for client work. This is how those hours get built.

Took the Manta into downtown Joliet to get some flight time in.

Church steeple orbit. Low river run. Barrel roll. Power loop around the drawbridge. I always enjoy urban flying! Tighter decisions, less room for error, and the environment itself becomes part of the shot. Logging those reps.

Most of FPV is just repetition and I'm getting my daily reps in. Same lines, same inputs, until the muscle memory is solid enough that you stop thinking and start seeing. It's these hours that logged that ultimately benefit you when it's time to fly for productions.

DP'd a live Bloomberg Television interview this week at United Airlines headquarters in Chicago. CEO Scott Kirby sat down with Bloomberg anchor Lisa Abramowicz for a live broadcast that aired the same day.
