Farm Bar’s roots lead straight back to Brown Dog Farm in Southwestern Wisconsin, where orchards, honeybees, native prairie restoration and generations of agriculture help shape what ends up on the plate, and in the glass.

The same ingredient-first mindset recently caught the attention of Wine Enthusiast. When your world starts on the farm, it tends to show up everywhere.

For 25 years, The Peninsula Chicago has been more than a hotel.

It’s been the backdrop for celebrations, milestones, traditions and memories shared across generations.

Last night’s anniversary celebration was a reflection of that legacy, bringing together the people who have helped shape the property’s story over the last quarter century.

The animation created for the evening served as a fitting tribute: Peninsula and Chicago, forever intertwined.

Congratulations to the entire team on this remarkable milestone.

The magic of Hometown Coffee & Juice? It’s “Hometown Heroes.” What started as Julie and Lou’s dream for a community gathering place has become exactly that: a café where regulars become friends and friends start to feel like family.

Our latest email spotlighted some of the team members responsible for that feeling, and it turns out the best thing on the menu might be the people serving it.

Behind every order at Hannah's Bretzel Chicago are people like Florian Pfahler and Wesley Friedman, makers who care as much about how food is sourced as how it tastes.

Since opening in Chicago's Loop in 2005, Hannah's Bretzel has built its reputation around organic ingredients, whole-grain breads, local partnerships and one simple idea: make great food with the smallest environmental footprint possible.

We helped tell the story, one layer at a time.

At La Grande Boucherie Chicago, the philosophy of joie de vivre moves beyond the artwork, beyond the architecture and into the experience itself. Set within a restored Belle Époque landmark, every detail, from the French-sourced racetrack bar to the artisan-crafted interiors, was designed to turn ordinary evenings into occasions.

The celebration captured as it comes to life.

No. 1 in North America.

For and and Karen Urie Shields, that title means a lot more than a ranking.

It represents ten years of constantly refining, rethinking and pushing forward. Thousands of services. Relationships with farmers, fishermen and producers operating at the highest level of their craft. A team that shows up every day asking how the experience can be even better than it was yesterday.

Now, as Smyth celebrates its 10th anniversary, has named it the best restaurant in North America. Proof that extraordinary things happen when talented people dedicate themselves to a shared craft.

We’re honored to help tell the story.

Some memories don’t feel big while they’re happening. They look more like this: sunset over the Pacific, s’mores by the fire and a quiet moment on a 150-foot bluff above Salt Creek Beach at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, opened in 1984 and still deeply tied to Dana Point’s surf culture, right down to the vintage boards displayed throughout the resort.

We helped preserve it as it unfolded.

Inside Andaz Savannah, Alfredo Martínez’s mural, born from Savannah’s First Friday art scene, moves through the stairwell in a mix of local plants, sea life and shifting, almost origami-like forms. It’s the kind of piece you don’t just look at, you move through it.

Set in the heart of Ellis Square, it’s a stay that brings Savannah’s creative spirit to life, sometimes more literally than expected.

Good beef doesn’t just happen. It starts at R-C Ranch, founded in 2010 by Ryan Cade and Blake Robertson, where American Wagyu is raised slow (26–30 months) for the kind of marbling chefs chase. You see the care out there and it sticks with you. Then it shows up at Fearing's Restaurant, where that same respect carries through every cut, every plate.

A lot of hands. One outcome. We just helped tell the story.
