Oregon kindergarteners can earn $100 from the state for opening an Embark Oregon account! Embark, formerly the Oregon College Savings Plan, is Oregon's tax-advantaged 529 savings plan, which can support a variety of future costs for students. Through the Kinder Grad Program, any 5- or 6-year-old student can receive $100 though the Oregon State Treasury when a new Embark account is opened on their behalf by Dec. 31, 2026.
