Today, Stargel Office Solutions is proud to host a blood drive in partnership with Gulf Coast Blood.
Giving blood is one of the simplest ways to make a real impact in our community. Every donation has the potential to help save lives, support local hospitals, and provide hope to patients and families when they need it most.

The best service experiences usually come down to the little things ⭐
Quick communication. Clear explanations. Friendly technicians who keep customers informed and make solving the problem feel easy. Big shout out to Lou this week, with a ton of compliments.
⭐ Brian M.– Brian was super helpful, communicated well, very friendly and easy to work with.
⭐ Lou – Lou provided great explanations of the problem.
⭐ Lou – Lou was excellent at communicating with us knew what was causing the issue and how it needed to be addressed. He took up very little room while working and did not cause any kind of disruption to us while we were working. He was able to get the printer repaired and set it back up.
⭐ Micheal – Super knowledgeable and friendly. Great personality.
⭐ Dispatch – quick and efficient, fast turnaround response
⭐ Lou – Tech communicates with you on eta, fast and great customer service, good communication and made sure I knew what the issue was and how it was repaired. Great tech.

What do customers remember most after a service call is over? ⭐
Based on this week's feedback: clear communication, fast response times, and team members who take the extra time to educate, explain, and make sure the job is done right.
⭐ Dispatch – I love the ease of placing a service call via email. Response time is within minutes.
⭐ Louie – Everyone I have dealt with at Stargel has provided the best customer service experience. Planning my day is easy with the technician providing a time frame for arrival. Louie addressed every concern I had with the printer. He went the extra mile by taking the time to explain the issue and provide training on how to clean the rollers. Louie was courteous, professional and friendly.
⭐ Vic – Very professional, and called to notify me he was on the way, which I really appreciated since we are a doctor's office and very busy.
⭐ Toan – Very responsive to customer concerns. Emails are complete and quick. He explained the resolution while at the office and communicated via email.
⭐ Ismael – Ismael always does excellent work and is very polite and thorough in his work! 10+, does an excellent job, customer satisfaction with explanation of problem and resolution of problem.
⭐ Dispatch – They are fast to dispatch a person when you have a problem. Fast and easy.
⭐ Matthew – He was very thorough in explaining why the printer was messing up. Left it like it was brand new.
