The two Holmby models offer incredible opportunity for creative re-design. In both homes, patio enclosures were added. We removed the A/C system from the patio and moved it to provide more usable space and a quieter patio. We opened a wall to create another doorway into the kitchen, created a larger master bathroom and walk in closet by redesigning the floor plan, and moved the entrance to the garage to expand square footage in the laundry room.

The Coronado has two variations. In both these models, the square footage was increased by enclosing the patio to add extra living space and bring in incredible natural light. Both Coronado styles have enlarged bathrooms with upgraded features you can select. These spaces are open-concept and have the signature spacious feel of a MicSha home through the re-configuration of the home's hallways.

The Capri is a spacious, bright home offering a luxurious cooking experience with extensive counter space and an open concept living space for entertaining. This model has a fully finished patio enclosure to bring in more natural light and add square footage. Both bathrooms were refinished and enlarged by removing unused hallway space.

The Bel Air became an inviting, open-concept home by removing walls in the living room and kitchen area. A pony wall was installed to create a buffet space serving the dining room. In this model, wainscoting was added to bring sophistication and elegant detail to the space.

The La Jolla is a completely reconstructed floor plan. The kitchen has extensive counter space and open glass shelving displays. We redesigned the window configurations for more natural light. French doors were installed in both bedrooms. Both bathrooms were re-configured to create massive vanity space with luxurious walk-in, no curb showers and a whirlpool bath tub.

MicSha Builders added 300 square feet to this two bedroom, two bathroom home by designing a custom patio enclosure and re-configuring hallways to create an open concept space. This home also includes an upgraded master suite with a custom walk-in closet.
