Getting the front of the longboatique finally really started but finally starting to find the groove on how to get these things to look good

Got the metal work for Kraken Attacking A Longboat handrail finished up today. Took Advanced Layout and Fabrication at ACC were the end goal of the class is to finish a 24*36 inch handrail sample piece. I made a "mouse" in a class run by I call mine Rat with a Hat. The last picture is of everyone's mice.

Made a Foley sword for a client who works on sound design for AAA games and he was extremely pleased with it.

Got some new tool holders made for the flypress they can hold 3&4 inch square and 3,4,5,&6 inch round mostly designed for orienting dishing dies and making sure they don't wander around while I'm working with them. I'm sure there's plenty of other applications these will come in useful.

Finally getting the bolt jaw tong design finished up I have one for 0.5*1" and 0.375*0.75" so I can make more tongs easier and most importantly cleaner

Barrel assembleed

Made some hardware for my charcoal barrel all forged work. The barrel is for hiding my stash of charcoal at the Texas Viking Festival so there's a more emersive experience.
The hinges in the back are based on the ones found in the Mästermyr Find I added a forge welded section since these will hold more weight and need to hold up for a long time.
The handles are based on various handles I've seen over the years made for the ease of use of the barrel.

Finally got all 32 of the tong tools done for the shop. I wanted to get these finished first so that I could work out all the issues in the process before starting on the one for sale so they'll be of the highest quality.
I'll start on the grinding of the 30 for sale on Friday.

Tong Tools all forged out grinding and heat treatment tomorrow.

73 tong tools stamped I'll get the rest of the stamping done tomorrow and forge out the rest of the body too. Will have them for sale here shortly also in the works are the long anticipated tongs. Making a bunch of tongs for the shop so I don't have to stop before every project to make that specific pair but worry not half will be for sale too.

Got my second touch mark made working on the material labeling ones next. Still trying to figure out the best way to post things in order to get better results so please bear with me.
