While SERVPRO Team Reed has been busy helping customers recover from water, fire, storm, and mold damage, we were grateful to take a break on Thursday, June 4th to sponsor the incredible Louisiana Farm Bureau Fishing Rodeo in Cocodrie, LA!

Even though the weather wasn’t exactly on our side, we had a fantastic day supporting a great cause and investing in the future of agriculture. It was an honor to connect with so many wonderful people and take part in such a meaningful event.

🚒 Hands-on Fire Behavior Training
🚒 Real-world instruction focused on safer, smarter fireground operations
This initiative is designed to help departments strengthen firefighter safety, improve situational awareness, enhance search & rescue efforts, and expand access to quality training across our state.

🚨 BIG NEWS FOR LOUISIANA’S FIRE SERVICE 🚨

The Louisiana Firefighters Foundation is proud to partner with SERVPRO Servpro Team Reed to launch the Louisiana Fireground Vision Initiative 🔥

This statewide program is built with one goal in mind: making our firefighters safer and more effective on the fireground.

Through this initiative, selected departments across Louisiana will receive:
🔥 Thermal Imaging Cameras (FirePRO 300)
🔥 Hands-on fire behavior training using the Max Fire Box
🔥 Real-world instruction on using TICs during live fireground operations

Why this matters ⬇️
This program is designed to:
• Improve situational awareness in high-risk environments
• Enhance search & rescue capabilities
• Strengthen fire attack decision-making
• Expand high-quality training opportunities across the state

🚒 10 total thermal imaging cameras will be awarded to departments demonstrating need, impact, and commitment to training.

📅 Application Timeline
• Opens: April 22, 2026
• Deadline: May 18, 2026
• Awards Announced: June 1, 2026

After the incredible turnout and support we saw last year, we’re bringing back our 9/11 Memorial & First Responder Giveback Event.

This year, we’re planning to make it even bigger and better.

Stay tuned as we start rolling out more details, we can’t wait to see everyone come together again for such a meaningful event!
