The IAIABC is an association of workers' compensation regulatory agencies and private organizations involved in the delivery of workers' compensation services.

Since its inception in 1914 the IAIABC has worked to improve and clarify laws, identify model laws and procedures, develop and implement standards, and provide education and information sharing. The IAIABC strives to gather the best resources available to solve the practical administrative and operational problems of its members.

We are proud to announce that Amaya Diaz has been promoted to Education Services Manager for the IAIABC as of December 1, 2025. Amaya has served in the Community Services Assistant role since 2020.

Amaya brings years of experience in education to the Education Services Manager position, teaching in Spain for two years. She has been a fixture at many IAIABC educational programs as well, supporting the Foundations of Workers' Compensation Program, Judicial Program, Mediator's College, and EDI Claims Foundations Training. Amaya has valuable experience working with IAIABC committees, volunteer subject matter experts and speakers, and at IAIABC events.

From paper and manual to digital and integrated - how did they do it?
