Katie was born and raised in Madisonville, KY and attended MNHHS, graduating in 2008. After graduating high school she ventured off to become a Physical Therapy Assistant and graduated from MCC in 2013.

10 years later Katie decided she was ready for something different and graduated with her Medical Massage Certification in 2023 from HCC. Quickly after graduation she started 31:13 Medical Massage Therapy which has quickly grown into 31:13 Wellness Studio.

Katie has various credentialing including Physical Therapy Assistant, Licensed Massage Therapy, and Certified Medical Massage Therapist. She has also taken continuing education courses in Astym, cupping, Hollywood lymphatic drainage, sports massage, and various manual techniques.

With her background as a Physical Therapy Assistant each of Katie’s clients leave with recommendations of how to help themselves at home whether is be stretching, icing, or exercises.
