Warehouse Associate

Regency is looking for an energetic Warehouse Associate to join a team that prides themselves on the accurate and timely delivery of products to our customers. You will help service the customer by playing a key role in our Parcel Shipping department.

Order Pickers are required to work on their feet for multiple hours at a time. It requires both physical and mental strength.

Warehouse Associate Job Responsibilities:

Completes shipments by picking, wrapping/strapping, and loading customer orders
Retrieve products for orders according to quantity, size etc. while ensuring accuracy
Provides quality customer service by following organization company standards and guidelines
Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards
Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Contributes to the team to reach daily performance goals

Requirements

Proven experience as order picker or other warehouse position
Experience with warehouse environments, equipment, and technology is a plus
Able to read and write in English
Great attention to detail, diligent, and punctual
Good physical strength and stamina
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Regency is looking for an energetic Warehouse Unload & Receiving Associate to ensure the accurate and timely unloading and warehousing of products. You will unload freight and maintain an accurate inventory. This job includes an opportunity for growth and advancement. We are happy to help train you and encourage advancement and education.

Normal work hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm. Considered by current staff to be an excellent place to work because we value hard work and accomplishment. We value a drug free workplace.

Signing Bonus of $250 after 90 days successful Starting Period

Responsibilities

Unload freight containers and stage merchandise.
Accurately record item counts as they are unloaded and palletize the items.
Unload and stage inventory manually or with warehouse equipment
Keep records of freight discrepancies
Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions
Maintain a neat and orderly warehouse
Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards
Requirements

Proven experience in receiving, unload, or other warehouse positions
Experience with forklifts and pallets jacks is a plus.
Willing to work early morning hours and some weekends / overtime
Able to read and write in English
Great attention to detail
Diligent and punctual
Good physical strength and stamina
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
