Have you ever go on to see what's the best ceramic coatings and still not sure which one is best over the others being some are just the same as the others. very simple to figure it out, if it's in a spray bottle, it will be like spray on wax. the ceramic will generally last longer, some brands more than others.
If that's all you want is a quick protectant that you can do yourself, a spray on is great for it, but beware it won't last very long and the protection is minimal.
But if you want a true ceramic high protection, then that's going to be a whole new ballpark of work that a regular person that's not a professional should even consider.
