All shipping costs will require me contacting the freight companies for quotes. Shipping varies zip code to zip code and without having an actual quote ran by the freight companies there is no way for me to guess what the rate would be.

Timeframes will can only be estimated sue to supply chain delays.

Vendors are limiting the times their quotes are good for. Depending on the material the quotes only last from 1 to 3 days. Which means we also can only offer quotes for 3 days.

That being said we are not able to give you a quote for something you want to do months from now. Any quote we give you would be nowhere near accurate or even in the ballpark as materials have more than double/tripled since Nov 1.

As nasty as all that is, worldwide supply chains are a mess which is making supply chains in the US even worse. If you need something in 3-4 weeks your best bet is to find it used at the moment as some vendors are out 6-8 wks just getting supplies to companies etc.

It's a mess and not what people want to hear but it is the realistic state currently.

24 ft freestanding floor cage with the option to bolt down easily. That's a big ole boy, nowhere the biggest though.
Setup easily by 1 person, with 2 or more, it's a snap. Heading to SC in a few days then on to the next.

Due to material costs going through the roof and the rising volatility in the market, we are able to give quotes that will be good for only 24 hrs at this time.

I would suggest, whoever you need to order equipment from, whether it is us or ANYONE else, you do so quickly as material costs have continued to rise weekly, if not daily for some, since Nov 1. The chatter in the steel industry is steel is going to continue to rise.

People always ask me about the strength of our products. Now I'll have a visual example. That is a ring setting on top of another ring before wood goes on. Then another after wood.

Good morning everybody! I hope everyone is still doing well and staying safe.

This morning I'll touch on something that are always questions. "How is all of this shipped and what do I need to do?"

1. Everything has to go via freight. We palletize everything to make sure what leaves the dock is what you receive. Even though it's as strong as it can be made with 2x4s for the pallet on very rare occasions a terminal can damage freight. Don't ask me how, but I have seen it happen.

2. We pay the freight lines a Delivery Appointment fee so they will call you to schedule a delivery appointment so you can have a crew on hand to offload the pallets. UNLESS you have a dock with dock plate or a forklift with extended forks (we have 8ft) then you will have to undo the pallet and offload piece by piece. The delivery appointment works around your schedule. They will work with you to deliver anytime, within their business hours, that works best for you.

2 people in the truck and minimum 2 on the ground works great.

3. What do I need to do? Verify the pallets arriving look like the pallets in the photos we email you. We will email you your pallets as they are picked up. IF the pallets look different when they arrive, check your product as you offload it, take photos and note everything on the Drivers paperwork BEFORE signing their paperwork. It's rare but can happen.

4. Taking the pallets apart? You will need a box cutter to remove packaging. 18v/20v cordless drill (fully charged) with a T25 (star) bit to unscrew the pallet.

As you can see from the photos, these pallets are too big for a liftgate. Almost everything we ship out is too big and liftgates dont work.

Our state is spiking with the coronavirus and they have paused the openings at it's current stage. With other states spiking as well, it could effect vendor or shipping timelines resulting in slower manufacturing or ship times. Due to this, any new quotes may have a longer timeline quoted depending on the project.

Hope everyone is doing well!

Remember, once this Covid-19 junk subsides, gyms and promotions will be able to open again and the usual competition you have isnt going to be there as it normally has been. With professional sports etc taking hiatus that opens up a window that you generally wont see.

I hope we see a resurgence in pro wrestling during this window. MMA and Boxing will continue to grow.

We are seeing gyms taking this downtime to upgrade their equipment and space preparing for this window. IF you can do it, it's the time. Do what you need to do while you are shutdown instead of having to shutdown later to upgrade. Again, IF you are in the position to do it.

Once events start up again (if they even have stopped), boxing, mma and pro wrestling will be running where the other sports will not (for this year/season). Where a lot of kids growing up used wrestling to "get them through tough times and sickness" I am sure boxing, mma and wrestling will be there to fill the void for today as well.

People will and do need something to take their minds off of life even if it is briefly. Be that something.

We are bringing back a couple of things we used to do that will help make things a bit more affordable for folks.

1. We are allowing a 75% down with remaining balance and shipping (if shipped) once the project is finished and ready to go out. Less out of pocket up front.

We do still offer financing in a couple of ways to help you save on that upfront out of pocket expense as well.

2. Pickups. We got out of this for a long time but with shipping companies gouging customers anyway they can we have decided to offer this again on a number of items.

For those that want to save money and still get the good old slot/groove assembly and strong rings/cages, we still offer the plank system design.

You supply the 2x12 wood, save on shipping and we supply the rest. What's even better? You may be able to get sponsorship from a local lumber company for the wood. I've seen it happen!

Every wood option has it's good and bad points. I'll break down a couple main types.

2x12 lumber:

Good: Save money on cage and shipping
Less steel needed due to span allowed
Great on stationary setups
Replaced anywhere that carries lumber
No tongue and grooves to break
With a good setup crew, easily handled

Bad: A lot of heavy pieces to carry if traveling
with minimal setup crew
It can warp when stored
IF lumber is not kiln dried (commonly
offered most places now though) it
"May" require a higher rated trailer due
to weight it adds.

4x8 tongue and groove sheets:

Good: Lighter
Cage arrives complete, ready to use
Smooth flat surface
Faster setup usually
Easier transport for events

Bad: In some regions replacement pieces
may require buying at actual lumber
company as it isnt always available at
Home Depot/Lowes etc
Tongue and groove can get busted if
setup crew isnt careful
Span is less than 2x12 so more floor
framing is needed
Setup costs more as it is complete

There of course are a couple of other options but those are the main ones you see.
