A group of New Hampshire Republican senators have repeatedly fought to advance a Democrat-sponsored bill to allow the surgical removal of healthy body parts from teenage girls. While this may sound surreal, it is becoming par for the course in a Senate that considers itself fundamentally unaccountable to the Republican base or even to normal people.
How NH Senate Republicans are Working to Remove Teenage Girls’ Breasts - Cornerstone By Cornerstone Action
Long-time member Judy Walcott shares what happened when she voiced concerns about the women’s locker room at her local NH Planet Fitness. A reminder that every member deserves to feel safe and respected.
Judy did what many members would do—she reported feeling uneasy with a man un******ng in her private space supposedly guaranteed with membership.
Now her decade-long membership has ended and she’s speaking out. Her experience is opening up a bigger conversation about comfort and policy.
Please share her story!

Rep. Mazur has led New Hampshire's fight to give seriously ill Granite Staters the right to try experimental treatments. The NH Senate recently voted to block patients from trying therapies that aren't fully FDA-approved.
This is your final chance to stand for patients by asking the Senate to support SB 504 as amended by the House.

SB 504 was amended to include the language of HB 1735, rescuing life-saving patient protections after the Senate HHS Committee tried to kill them. SB 504 — not HB 1735 — is now the vehicle to expand NH’s existing Right to Try law.
This expansion would give rare-disease patients who aren’t on their deathbed, but rather are suffering daily, the right to try non-FDA-approved treatments as well.
If this effort isn’t accomplished, reliance on regulation and fear of liability will continue to limit NH citizens’ naturally deserved lifespans and quality of life.
WHAT YOU CAN DO: Thank Rep. Lisa Mazur and House leadership for standing with patients. Urge your senator to support SB 504.

"Every legislature tells stories about doing hard things. But every so often, there is a moment when it stops being a story and becomes a decision that lives inside real homes, real hospital rooms, and real families waiting for hope to arrive in time." New Hampshire celebrated the installation of our state’s first Safe Haven Baby Box in Manchester today!
Cornerstone has been working toward this moment since 2023, when Ian Huyett, Cornerstone’s Head of Public Policy and Litigation, laid out the need for stronger Safe Haven protections — including a Baby Box option — in NH Journal.
NH’s Safe Haven law, RSA 132-A, allows mothers to surrender newborns at churches, hospitals, and police or fire stations — no questions asked. This Baby Box now provides a safe, anonymous option for a mother in crisis to surrender her child to the community.
Special thanks to Fr. Jason Jalbert, Rector of St. Joseph Cathedral and Chaplain to the Manchester Fire Department for encouraging this location, Pennacook Pregnancy Center who financially sponsored this life-saving option, and to Fire Chief Ryan Cashin, Police Chief Peter Marr, Mayor Jay Ruais, Monica Kelsey and Pam Stetzel from Safe Haven Baby Boxes, and Manchester Fire Department Risk Reduction Coordinator Cynthia Bautista for making today’s fantastic event possible.

A life-saving option is coming to New Hampshire. Join us tomorrow to celebrate NH’s first Safe Haven Baby Box!💛💜
Our Safe Haven law helps mothers to drop off unwanted babies at churches, hospitals, and police & fire stations, and this box provides a safe, anonymous option.

For too long, Americans have confronted a de facto two-tier system for life-saving treatments. The wealthy escape our outdated, sclerotic federal regulatory system to seek promising but unapproved treatments in Europe, China, and the Gulf States. The most vulnerable die waiting for the FDA to catch up.

Many Pregnancy Resource Centers testified to the Senate Judiciary Committee supporting HB 1416--Rep. Farrington's bill which protects PRCs from the state requiring them to act against their mission.
Unfortunately, NH has seen a surge in anti-PRC sentiment. Kellie, this director of a PRC in Concord, told of the many times her building was vandalized with spray-painted attacks.
Pro-choice elected officials like Senator Altschiller deny these attacks while simultaneously showing their true attitude towards pro-life charities.
PRCs deserve the rights to free speech, integrity, and conscience. Ask Senate Judiciary to vote OTPA on HB 1416!
Multiple Pregnancy Resource Centers testified to the Senate Judiciary Committee yesterday in support of HB 1416. This bill by Rep. Farrington was designed to protect PRCs from the state requiring them to act against their mission.
PRCs support mothers in choosing life and would not want to be forced to perform abortions or even hand out material suggesting the procedure. They deserve the rights to free speech, integrity, and conscience.
Unfortunately, New England and NH specifically has seen a surge in anti-PRC rhetoric, claiming that they’re “fake” medical clinics when they are either purely non medical in nature or licensed and professional. Kellie, the executive director of a PRC in Concord who testified in this video, told of the many times her building was vandalized with spray painted attacks.
Pro-choice elected officials such as Senator Altschiller deny these attacks while simultaneously showing their true attitude towards pro-life charities.
