She’s been seeing Pico Princess all over social media, so she made a special trip from New Smyrna Beach to the to see what all the hype was about. 🚗🌴

About an hour and 15 minutes later, she finally got her first taste. One bite turned into four picos headed home.

When I told her you can now find me every Sunday at the St. Augustine Farmers Market, she laughed and said it wouldn’t be too terrible to drive up every Sunday for pico. 😂

Of course she hadn’t… but I was fixin’ to change her life. 😏

She told me she loves pico, and I told her I was about to ruin all other pico de gallo for her. One bite later? Mission accomplished.

“What is bean dip?”
