Always a treat to have kids in for physical therapy evaluations! ❤️❤️

OHHHHH, BOYYYYY!!! Mondays are breakfast for dinner night at the Grimh house. Tonight, we created our own chunky monkey pancake recipe, pumped up with extra protein. Here's what I remember for measurements...it's probably close 🤣.

-3-4 cups pancake mix
-1/2 - 1 cup protein powder
-4 tbsp cocoa powder
-6 tbsp peanut butter powder
-1/2 cup oatmeal
-4 bananas
-2-3 cups milk

They were thick with a slightly gooey middle. YUM. We enjoyed a nut butter topping. We had sweet peppers from our garden and grapes as our "sides."

Also remember kids shouting with excitement, "PANCAKES!!!!!"

Back by popular demand! Our Work-Ready Blueprint program will return this summer!

This is a 5-week course that aligns exercise with common work-related tasks. To do this, we will structure our program around the Fit4Work screen, improving your strength, endurance, balance, and confidence across the 5 weeks. You will meet with a coach once each week to learn the movements in the program and co-create a weekly exercise routine that meets your goals and life. There is a TON of flexibility in start date and time of day.

And, at the end of 5 weeks, you take home the program! That way, you can keep using it to build your skills. How neat is THAT?!
