The team came together to finish winter repairs on the market building, 5 days early & on budget. Big effort to remediate the wear & tear of many Nantucket winters, while keeping true to the history of the building.

Day 1 of my new apprentice….i have some work to do

We are in need of another team member that can support our clients as a handyman. Expect to start with 15-20 hours a week, but can grow rapidly depending upon your skill set. Schedule is flexible, working this as a 2nd job would be difficult, but open to discuss.

I was able to alert a homeowner to what I thought was a fairly benign issue, a small puddle in the basement - which was only a symptom of the root cause of a much larger issue; a unknown crack in the foundation, all the way to the footer!
Having been able to alert the homeowner & proactively engage a contractor with the necessary equipment, we were able to minimize property damage inside the home.
