Old Hangtown Beer Works in Placerville, Ca. ("Old Hangtown") was established in 2010 as a true nano-brewery.
We produce award winning hand crafted ales and lagers and are available on draft from Rancho Cordova to past Camino along Hwy 50.
Our Story
Old Hangtown Beer Works was founded December 24, 2009. The “beer biz” has changed quite a bit in the last decade, but we haven’t. As Steve Martin once said, “Let’s get small!” We started small and we’ll probably stay that way, thank you very much, perhaps more now than ever. Our focus will always be on making great beers of true Classic Style.
