A quick rundown on some different foundation specs that we did on this project to achieve the zero step entry with the crawl space

Backfill is complete and we are ready for gutter downspout tile and concrete out at the Topeka New Home Project

Couldn’t have asked for a nicer day to get some dirt work done!

Lake Wawasee addition foundation backfill went great today. We compact in lifts and the timing of the slinger truck turning loads worked out perfect.

You can now get a better picture of the elevation changes between the new crawl space addition and the upper garage wall that I’m standing on.

Ready for the concrete garage floor

We are well under way with our Wawasee addition as well.

This is by far the tightest site with the least working space we have ever had.

Pretty unique set of challenges to overcome!

Everything has to be done in the perfect sequence to not block access for the next trade

This is the well going in and we had to install this part way through the foundation excavation due to overhead power lines blocking the drilling rig.

Getting this Topcon 3D GPS grade control figured out for the still upcoming Glacier Run project

Damp proofing is done and time for some P-gravel for perimeter drains out at the Topeka build

Getting started on our new office’s roadside signage.

This is for all 5 units at our multi-unit commercial space and have cnc cut steel signage for each unit with backlighting.

Should be a fun project!

Foundation is in at the Topeka new build and we are ready for damp proofing!
