No Bake Cookies with Mallory

Today Mallory walks us through her No Bake Cookies!

No Bake Cookies
2 Cups Sugar
½ Cup of Milk
1 Stick (8 tablespoons) Unsalted Butter
¼ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3 Cups Oats
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Kosher Salt

Step 1) Line cookie sheet with wax paper or parchment paper
Step 2) Combine Oats, Vanilla Extract and Salt into a bowl and set aside
Step 3) Measure out 1 Cup of peanut butter and set aside
Step 4) Mix Milk, Sugar, and Butter into a sauce pan and bring to a boil stir occasionally
Step 5) Let Boil for 1 min while stirring
Step 6) Mix in peanut butter to set soften
step 7) Shortly after adding peanut butter, add the rest of the dry ingredients
step 8) Stir until oats are evenly coated
Step 9) Scoop onto cookie sheet from step 1
Step 10) Do not share, keep all to yourself and consume in a single sitting!!!
