We were asked what our rational is for renting this as opposed to just having it as a second home. The simple answer is we can't afford to do that!

Using it as a part time vacation rental will allow us to cover its costs so that we can now open it as a place of rest for visiting missionaries, other ministry work, as well as a family gathering place.
