In 1999, ACES added Pennsylvania Business Week (PBW) to its list of economic education programs. It's an intense one-week, in-school program that teaches high school students about the American economic system, as well as extremely important business concepts and principles. 🌟 Business Week Student Spotlight 🌟
Today’s Student Spotlight features Brady Williams from Saegertown Jr/Sr High School!
Brady enjoyed running the RONA decisions (Return on Net Assets, our computer simulation) and putting together the Stockholders' presentation. He called the RONA Competition an amazing (and nerve-racking!) experience—especially waiting on the scores after each rollercoaster quarter.
His biggest takeaway?
"You need to have a solid plan, but also have the ability to adapt. Don’t expect everything to go perfectly, but instead do your best and reevaluate often."
Brady’s hard work paid off—he walked away as a Top Company Winner, pictured below with his $100 prize! 💵🏆

Last night, the ACES team attended the Union City Community Foundation’s Annual Meeting — and what an inspiring evening it was! It’s great to hear about all the amazing things happening in Union City, and we’re honored to be part of that momentum.
We’re especially grateful for the grant we received from the Foundation, which helped us bring PA Business Week to our newest partner school district, Union City Area School District.

A huge thank you to Antonella Chiarizio for the amazing Italian basket from our favorite Italian for our upcoming golf outing! 🇮🇹❤️
