Today's carwash chronicles...... I get a phone call about a detail, and was told that it smelled like Ma*****na. I tell the client "no problem, I'll take care of that. Anything else I need to know?" They proceed to say "oh, and it MAY need a good vacuum." I get there and find this. A good vacuum.... you need to just throw the whole car away at this point. I just do not understand why people treat a car like this, and then have the audacity to complain about the bill in the end.

After such a long time, and thinking it was going to look like a jungle in there, it turned out to not be as bad as I thought. The fact that my clients will wait me out means a lot.
