This guy is the most attention seeking bird. When he came to us the owners called him a Covid bird. I’ve heard of clingy dogs and cats, but never birds. This guy however fits the bill.

URGENT NEED:
These animals are special and they need your help! We have two beautiful wolf dogs, Negean and Houdini, here at Gulf Winds Wildlife Sanctuary. We also have a New Guinea Singing Dog named Diego. The New Guinea Singing Dog is currently listed as critically endangered and even thought to have been extinct until 2016! Finally, we have Freezer and Frozen who are a New Guinea Singing Dog Mix. We are trying to raise the funds to purchase two galvanized stock tanks for them. (See picture below) Each tank runs around $500.00. We need these tanks as soon as possible! Please consider helping these incredible animals by making a donation at gulfwindswildlifesanctuary.godaddysites.com.

Gulf Winds Wildlife Sanctuary We have been having some crazy May/early June temperatures this year and our animal residents are having a hard time handling the extreme heat! We have been doing the best we can to keep them cool, but we really could use some help!

As the temperature rises here in Florida, so does the expenses here at Gulf Winds Wildlife Sanctuary. Since the health and wellbeing of our animal residents is our top priority, we need to help them stay cool. This includes the expense of additional fans, additional shelters, and additional water and electricity consumption. As a non-profit organization, covering these costs can be challenging, so we are turning to our compassionate supporters and followers for assistance.
